CD what are you talking about? According to the VA website you can buy tickets for the midday all the way up until 1:53. He posted them at 11:16 am. Your correct Rick customer service is very important. And you should have got the generic reply that most people get from places like that. I have gotten so many generic replies from the lottery and news broadcast persons. That in my first sentence i have to write please respond with a suitable answer and not the generic reply. Sometime they acknowledge my request but many times they don't. When i can't or don't get the right answers back. I get on the phone especially if the reason for my ques

Ok, call me naive, but why would you want to remain anonymous exactly? Wouldn't you WANT to share some with relatives? Couldn't you easily say NO to those who haven't spoken to ya in years if they had their hands out? I guess lawsuits would be the exception to braggin about winning it? It is a promotion that is being held in Illinois. They start out with 10 (I think) white balls and a green ball. After the first P-3 drawing they draw for the green ball. If the green ball shows then they do another P-3 draw and you get paid for both draws. It is sort of a sucker bet but still the odds improve a tad bit.
