Have you ever wondered why many lottery retailers are owned by members of certain racial minorities?
It started back in the 1960s by our dearly deceased Teddy Kennedy and all of his Democratic pals. That is when things started really going downhill fast. You see up until that point, almost all legal immigration to the US was from Europe. Now almost all immigration to the US is from third world countries. These worthless Democrats decided that America needed to be a part of one of the most disastrous social experiments on earth: to become a melting pot, but that the pot needed new ingredients

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
People sure are buying up those new Monopoly tickets....they have flashy colors and graphics alright but I haven't done well on them more than a few top hats here and there. The triple 7's are pretty good but have their dry spells too. I like the colors on them maybe that's why I gravitate towards them. I'm looking for another good, good one and would love to see $27,000 - I think I would just have to sit somewhere for awhile. Imagine scratching off a big prize on one of those things

How to Prove Your Lottery IS Fixed?
With or without pre test and security measures as long as theres a chance someone might tamper with the balls they will continue to preform the tests. No matter what there is always someone who thinks he can outwit security measures. If they roll the equipment out and it fails to function properly because they didn't test the balls and machines before the drawing. Many people will cry the game is rigged. They will want to know why the lottery didn't take steps to insure that the machines and

Former The Sopranos star Vinny Vella is threatening legal action against New York state lottery officials after they rejected what he believes is his $5 million winning ticket. The 61-year-old actor who played Jimmy Petrille on the hit U.S. drama purchased an Extravaganza lottery ticket last Thursday, June 12, at a New York store to be in with a chance of winning a share of the $500 million jackpot. He was shocked to discover what he believed to be two sevens on the scratch ticket which wo

Can you SMELL that PA STENCH?
Scary, do not misunderstand me. People of color are both my colleagues and my clients in my line of work. They have been for years, and will continue to be. I fear you misread my point. What was my point? I understood you to mean that it was futile or useless for me to rant , to use your word. Vehemently protest would be the words I prefer to use about the injustice in PA done to the very exciting 5/39 game and its players, human beings like you and me who work hard for a living, pay

Is the Lottery (PB/MM) corrupt?
The manager of the Texas lottery over Drawings, said Gtech has control of all terminals switches. Yes the comment by CSFB about after the game is drawn can a terminal produce the winning numbers yes Gtech can. There is not one central button that shuts off each terminal. Its kinda like your lights, or water. They can shut off your lights if you don't pay the bill from their terminal. This does not shut off everyone elses lights. Every person that went to the polls and voted for a State lo

Lottery benefits Kentucky students but not its schools
This is the third story in a four-part series on the Kentucky lottery and its local and state impactAmid last year's protest by Kentucky teachers over what they considered to be an insufficiently-funded health insurance plan offered by Gov. Fletcher, the Kentucky Lottery Corp. received a letter from one of the angry educators. The letter underscored another, much older controversy surrounding education funding. The letter writer said, 'When you look at the amount of money generated for the Kentu

Playing method with dice randomly pick
CONSIDER: Barstow s Controversial Theories on Craps Casino games of so-called independent trials such as craps, baccarat and single-zero roulette, can be beaten long range, as well as short range. This statement is predicated not only on personal experience and observation, but also on one highly unorthodox theory. I believe that, notwithstanding a small minus expectancy -- the house edge -- there are certain times when true probability actually favors the bettor. I'll try to
