Say a state does 4 pre-test drawings before the official drawing and 4 post test drawings after the official drawing. Then you have 4 pre-test drawings before the next official drawing the following day. So that gives you 8 test drawings between every official drawing (the 9th). Now these test drawings don't count, but they are still drawings that are taking place none the less. Some states do more then 4. Now lets say a digit, for example the 2, is out 10,12,15 however many days in a row off

I never use simulated data for testing systems. I only use actual drawing data. IMO, using a computer RNG to simulate a drawing is not as genuine as using actual drawing data. Let's say I have 3000 drawings to analyze and test. What I do is analyze drawings 1 thru 2900, and then test my results against drawing 2901, which is not a part of my data file. Since drawing 2901 is not included in the analyzing process, it can be considered virgin data. From there I simply continue to analyze drawing

Sales have been on a decline for some time now. It was raised to 650 million after no one hit Saturday night. Alnost 48 hours later it has not been raised yet. The chances of it rolling once again i guess would depend on the amount of tickets sold for the drawing. The last drawing tickets sales totaled about 146 mill so that would be about 73 mill combinations played. Since the odds are around 175 mill to 1 then if i am figuring this right that would come out to about 42% of the combinations were played. I am sure ticket sales will be higher for this coming drawing. If ticket sales for this drawing were say 250 mill that would be 125 mill combinations

You are looking at what the annuity value was at the drawing time for last nights drawing was 394.5 mill and at what they are now putting up as the annuity value is for the next drawing 450 mill which it will be much higher then that as they always put up a low number and it will be much higher then 450 mill by Wed drawing.
