Random numbers do random things. It's about a 2% chance any one digit won't be drawn that long. Uncommon but not evidence of a rigged lottery . What would be far more rare is the opposite situation, where each digit comes out exactly 18 times in 180 draws (60 pick 3 drawings). 1 in a billion.

Standard for emotional distress is very high. Even if he had quit his job, far from being enough. You need doctor reports showing that it severely affected your daily functioning, psychological assessments. Inconvenience is not enough. To be awarded a smaller amount, you still need a legal cause of action. You can claim the lottery is sending a family of Martians to camp in your yard every night. It does not make it true or create a legal cause of action.

A number I played all of 2023 finally fell a week ago! Sometimes what looks like a good number turns out to be slow. There's been times when I played one number a dollar straight and it came out that same evening. With the lottery, I guess you never know. Since you asked for a number, i'll suggest 123. It's easy to remember and shouldn't take too long to fall.

Is your pick 3 RNG???? Kentucky lottery folks were down the road last week and guy told me statewide folks complain all the time about us switching to RNG. Said RNG cost $100K/year whereas mechanical balls cost over $400K....make it make sense to me.
