A lottery club would be also a group of people trying to master random and get rich. I would go out on a limb and say a lottery club is a group of people interested in the game. A lottery pool would just be a group of people trying to get rich who dont really have any interest in the game at all. Lottery Pool Management - best practices?
Hi Guys, New member to the site. I've been playing the lotto for years and recently my office has decided to start playing as a group. For some reason or another, I was tasked with managing our pool. We are going to play a couple different games and have a couple different buy-in amounts. Things happened because of a sequence of events, that led to this pool of workers to be at the right place and the right time. Had there been just 5 members in this pool, this would have created a new sequence of events which would have thrown off the timing of who ever was responsible for buying the tickets at this lucky location. ohhh i see what you mean by people who dont play telling us how the lotto should be ran. sorry rjoh thought that was directed at me. personally id prefer an equitable prize structure, ie the same % if takings paid to ea prize catagory. or for the technically minded, a table for ea ticket, where the gambler can assign waht % he wants to go to ea catagory. and that portion of the gambling dollar goes to that level, they could then quote payouts as %1 of pool values, so if i said
