Lotto Architect feedback
Your 7/47 lottery is not a common one and the system requires statistical data. 47C7=62 million possible combinations. This does require some tome to be calculated, add also the quantity of available filters increase this time too. The good news is that once these have been calculated, they are stored in the intrnal database. It's a run once task. You can do all other things (calculations, printing, analysis etc). The only thing you cannot use is rejection filters that have not been calculated y

Choosing a range
This is exactly why I like reviewing and re-reviewing basic concepts. Because, given a basic question, the interpertation and implementation varies from player to player. And which one is yielding the best results?I think you'll find, as you increase the coverage, specifically to this topic, you'll see a dramatic increase in the variances of data your analyzing. Increased variance mean increased error margins. I ran ranges that yield occurance values of 1 thru 10 and found the optimum value to b

One Hump... Or Two
Hello Friends, This one is going out to my fellow software developers.I have done some research into various programming languages that are out there. I wanted something that could process a lot of data FAST. After looking it was down to two choices, LISP and OCAML.I chose Ocaml and downloaded/installed it. The problem is with the caml browser which returns an error about not having the tk83.dll file. I would like to use some of the libraries out there to create my software.I'm running an

Can people still know that you won....
....even after you form a trust ???What if the trust is formed to claim a prize, but the IRS calls family members and relatives by mistake because they have the same last name. One time the bank got my father and my names confused because of name similarities (I am named after my father). Could that happen again???? Yeah I know that the social security numbers are always different, but human error is possible. What if you form the trust, and you spend money on a new car? Wouldn't people get

MS Access
I prefer to use excel as a tool to work with because you have instant visual feedback on backtesting and complex formula manipulation where you need to see each portion of a process broken down. Also, using excel allows easy importing into MSAccess for those things that just can't be done without some SQL power above and beyond the limited query abilities of excel. MSAccess also exports quite cleanly to excel.I would strongly suggest using Excel as your primary storage and manipulation tool, and

M&M Predictions Tuesday
Ohiopick,You posted some experience you've had with game-out average, but was off between your manual totals and program totals. I have actually spent an average of one hour each working manually on 5 or 6 plays. One of the methods of picking was to use the game-out method to pick.....some numbers. Most of the time I avoid small math errors, however my son will walk-in.....ask if I would pick-up a play for today.....spend 3 seconds writing each number, give me money and be on his way.....He actu

167 Past Draws - PA Eve Experiment
Sue,You can copy and paste into the program. However, you must use this function in order to do it: Ctrl V to paste, and if you want to copy, hold down the Ctrl C keys both at the same time.If you try to use your mouse by right-clicking, you will get a pop-up error message. If you manually input your data, you run the risk of making mistakes. I think that entering your data manually should be avoided at all costs. Mistakes can be too costly. Hopes this helps and good luck!paymenow
