Are there any IL Scratch games that are an annuity?
I just went through the FAQ's and Instant Games info on the IL Lottery site and didn't find anything about instant ticket annuity payouts, which leads me to believe the answer is no, that's not an option.
In IL, only MegaMillions and Lotto on line games can be paid by an annuity.

Cash or annuity
In light of the current financial crisis that the USA is going through, I might be tempted to take the cash payment. But after taking the cash payment and paying the taxes on it, what would you invest it in? Where would you keep the money? That would be an immediate concern to deal with.

i don't get it.
I believe dvdiva is talking about actuall cash value and not the annuity value. Right now the cash option is 78 million dollars.
