Tn tea keno
Rip I tried an experiment with keno a while back figuring like you there must be a way to open this nut and get the prize.
I made 50 ten spot keno tickets with every conceivable number pattern I liked after having observed the drawing taking place for a couple hrs. every one of those tickets were well thought out each ticket was hopefully bound to produce some kind of win. Since you get paid for matching no numbers and paid for having 5 or more numbers I thought what the heck go for it. I had

Um Pisssed! MO is bad!
I am going to have to agree with you on this! Computerized draws are rigged to what ever they want the number to be and the least played number. I compared the day draw winnings in PA, which is computerized, to the night draw and the day draw always has way less winners! My husband said well maybe less people play day draw? And I said no I don't think so, I think people are playing it but its rigged to produce less winners because it is not random, they pick the numbers they want! I don't even

NC lottery addiction hotline gets different callers than planned
Many callers to the toll-free problem gambling hot line set up for North Carolina's new lottery have sought help of another kind.
We've gotten a lot of calls from people who either don't understand how to play the game or why they didn't win, said Smith Worth, who oversees the help line for the state Department of Health and Human Services.
Only about 15 percent to 20 percent of the 600 to 700 callers to the help line since the North Carolina Education Lottery began last Thursday sought

North Carolinians spend the equivalent of $1.50 per resident on first day and a half
Lottery players maintained a brisk, and somewhat unexpected, spending pace Friday as the games' first big winners came forward to collect jackpot prizes.
Officials were predicting a drop-off Friday from Thursday's steady sales as North Carolina joined 41 other states in sponsoring a lottery. But at 5:30 p.m. Friday a payday for some officials said players were spending at a clip close to the first day'

Penn. woman sues for share of winning lottery ticket
As it was debited money her roomate would have never known.
Any transaction can be traced, whether debit or credit. The card is swiped through the machine and when the transactions are batched at the end of the day, a report lists the card number, the amount and the date/time of the transaction. The statement doesn't say what the purchase is for, just like when you get a credit card statement, but I use my debit card all the time at the supermarket and Walgreen's and it appears on my

Co-workers split lottery mini-jackpot
Usually, getting a phone call at 1 a.m. can only mean bad news.
But it was great news Sunday morning for a group of 20 laboratory employees at Medical Associates in Clinton, Iowa, who learned they will share a $667,142 prize in Saturday's Powerball drawing.
One of the group, Carol Fritz, said they have been pooling money and buying Powerball tickets for three years, winning small amounts here and there.
With Saturday's Powerball jackpot up to a record $365 million, the group decided to

Rhode Island lawmakers to create separate lottery division
The idea of abolishing the legislator-dominated Rhode Island Lottery Commission got its first hearing and a warm welcome from the governor at the General Assembly last night. The question of what to do with the board which is responsible for the state's third-largest revenue source has been an issue since the November passage of a separation-of-powers constitutional amendment. The amendment bars lawmakers from sitting on state boards and commissions with executive functions. The Lottery Co
