Yeah, I saw that. That's why I'm convinced that there's an underlying/hidden/hard-to-see connection between the states that use mechanical random number generators. I would think states that use computer random number generators (CRNG's) would be easier to predict but that's not the case. My prediction accuracy is significantly lower when I use the same strategies to predict states that use CRNG's. It's crazy that it's completely legal for states that use CRNG's to change the drawing results dur
