I'll take the fifth on their lottery. I know nothing about it, except use their Health lottery #'s on our lotteries when the feeling comes---very rare. That being said why not have Instant Play (if they do, indeed have on line there). Just went to KY lotto website to read about their winners. One guy spent $1 on an instant game and won $408K! Though we're not an anonymous state, they will honor folks wishes to remain so.

Holiday Raffle!Reply
My wife and I got about $100 in scratchers to do around Christmas, then took the $50 we won and bought 1 PA raffle ticket and $30 in scratchers. The raffle ticket brought nothing and I still have $16 in winnings off the scratchers to turn in. Will I buy another raffle ticket? Yep. And I'd have bought more this year but when I checked, it was sold out.

+1 I've never had an overdraft fee because I've never overdrafted my account. But $35 is insane when everything is computerized. It costs them nothing to refuse a transaction.

On a side note, I think the MUSL does a poor job of marketing the game as they really don't want people to play and or win often. Especially at low levels. 20M dollars (9.2M cash) is also life changing money.
