emilyg,I found a good article there about Jung's concept of synchronicity. It was one of the more lucid explanations of it that I've ever read. The article actually told how to make positive use of the phenomenon. It made me think about the way good lottery numbers just happen to come to us sometimes. I'll definitely be paying closer attention and looking for opportunities to put such occurrences to use.Good luck,aye'

Hey gang ! Thats why I posted this interesting article on numbers in the real world and was very careful to put that at the top of the article. Folks involved in our hobby should at least be aware that this phenomenon exist in the real world. Especially if they are always looking there for inspiration and that days numbers to use in the lottery world....LOL Too many One's exist over there ! For Real World data Anyway LOL

Good article about Hoosier lottery

Thanks for the link, Todd. I had just finished supper when I read this article, but the beef pot pie, pork beans and cottage cheese tomatoes weren't nearly as good coming up as they were going down... *gag*I've never been, but it would be interesting (no, it wouldn't) to see what's on the menu at Austrian restaurants in the coming months. I noticed the article didn't mention carbohydrate or fat content in such a diet.Funny, Dr. Atkins never mentioned this... thank God.

You are using a debating tactic called Ad Hominem, attacking the people who wrote the article, instead of the idea. The article was about a specific area of the brain that recognizes patterns. The fact that people see patterns that don't exist is just that, a fact.

I agree with CASH, I took the article to either be using Powerball in a generic sense (even though they used a capital P) or the writer of the article doesn't realize there are 2 multi-state lotteries. (very possible).Powerball has and always will be a better brand name than the Big Game or Mega Millions.
