TENN Lottery Drawings Read this:
Indeed, there are all types! There are certainly people who believe they can beat a computerized drawing, and hence want to keep them. It's a small percentage of people, but it does exist.
Personally, I think it has more to do with a lack of knowledge about computers than anything else. It is also an ignoring and/or disregard of the increased possibility of corruption and errors.
How many times in the past few of years have you heard of computerized drawings in which the drawings were

Official wants fraud probe of Tennessee Lottery
UPDATED (Aug. 28, 2007, 11:44 am) Internal documents added
The Tennessee Lottery should investigate whether fraud was behind a computer malfunction that affected the results for Cash 3 and Cash 4 games, the lottery board's audit chairman says.
James H. Ripley, a Sevierville attorney who heads the 3-year-old lottery's audit group, said the agency should probe more deeply into why a computer software problem prevented duplicate numbers from being drawn for a three-week period.

Paranoid or Prudent?
Uh ... the lottery is not checked ? The lottery is one of the most checked government organizations. Some use two different independent auditors to check (audit) them.
They check not just finances, but the workings and measurements of the equipment, as well as security.
I'll repeat here that I think the one area that really suffers is computerized drawings. Because there is no foolproof way to audit the workings of a computer program, computerized drawings are the Achilles heel of ev

Is it possible to remain anonymous in NJ through a trust or attorney?
Of course you're correct about what the technical requirements are. There are very few things the IRS hasn't already considered and come up with rules for. This is yet another reason that people with big money should consult professionals to get their detailed advice. Your options for helping somebody with housing would include cheap rent and hiring them as a caretaker. The value of housing provided to an employee may be taxable, but for parents who are retired the tax would probably be modest

finders keeper, losers weepers, we lost a $5,000,000 instant winner
dear member 4494 ayenowitall, thanks. if I were able to get the audit results, I could proceed. If I were able to get the tapes from the store to show I was in the store and not the new claimant. Like Jack Webb once said, Just the Facts . Law is not a soap opera; one cannot go to court without facts. I wanted to know if there was anyone out there in Lotterywho actually had a sim. experience as I did. I vented and you viewed and you either violently retorted or very casually commented.

Taxes on Canadian lottery winnings
If you're a US citizen or you live in the US you're subject to US income tax, period. It doesn't matter where you earn it or how you earn it, even if somebody opens a casino on the moon. Anyone who claimed that keeping the money overseas makes it exempt from US taxes is not one of the people who know, but I wouldn't be surprised if somepeople said you don't have to pay taxes but meant something other than what you thought. I figure that everything is deductible right up until it's disallowed a
