Results for Forecast #21 Level 0
This forecast won the 199 combo in the 4/23 TX night drawing!!
Prediction Statement: 1 of the 52 combos below will be drawn within the next 16 drawings (on or before 4/30).
Game plan: I'll use the Martingale Betting system to achieve my desired ROI when I win. Play the same combos and state drawings repeatedly every day. I may or may not change the state drawings while the forecast is still active. If I make any changes, I'll update the post.

DC 5 Lottery needs to be audited immediately. The same thing that happened to Tennessee in 2007
if dc lottery goes the entire month of april drawing only singles for pick 5 twice a day, and i believe they will, the probability of that happening randomly due to chance is 0.3024^60. that works out to odds of 1 in 14,624,896,128,737,864,992,086,076,360,054. that is a 32-digit number.
for comparison, the number of atoms in the human body is about 7 x 10^27, which is a 28-digit number.

Pick 4 and Pick 3 are all doing the same thing as the 5 also.
That 3rd late night drawing done on pick 3 and 4 don't include that. Just traditional midday and evening

Lottery Phobias
I have to play my numbers every drawing or at least every day because...
Is not a phobia, it's a gambling addiction.

Lottery Phobias
This is an interesting topic but are these phobias or superstitions? I have several. Although what is a practice or superstition for some could be a phobia for others in rare cases. A phobia has to interfere with your daily life. If one believes they have to spend $50 every day and with financial issues, that is an addiction.
1. Never buy mistake tickets. A mistake for someone else is not a win for me.
2. No quick picks since I do better picking my own numbers. Qps for me are always los

Washington DC Pick 5 1 in 200 million odds
Randomly drawn numbers have no memory of the previous drawing and then say oh, we need a double this time, it's been too long . They're random.
There are so many possible patterns humans can observe that, given enough drawings, the chances of observing some kind of pattern are guaranteed.

Washington DC Pick 5 1 in 200 million odds
It's like in the Pick 3 when 16 doubles are drawn for the month and 14 of them are on the same drawing. It's crazy but it still happens.
Nothing you can do about it. You can either use it to your advantage or sit it out.

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Any one dollar bet that can win one million dollars is a good bet. I'm not maligning anyone. You have an odd understanding of good bets and what you see as 'bad' bets. Lottery bets in essence are bad bets but just may let some lucky player make a major life changing score. Just for grins when New Hampshire started the first state lottery how much was a ticket and what was the first jackpot? Your first sentence above says it was not a good bet so how many bad bets have been made since that first
