Looks to me there capping powerball. So it cannot go higher than mega millions. Time will tell though. I still don't understand how someone at mega millions thought it would be a fantastic idea to jump ticket prices up to 5 bucks a line.

I am trying to find out which store sold in California sold the second tier 3.1 million dollar Mega Million prize on May 19, 2017 Does anyone have this information or know someone who has collected this type of draw information? Any help would be appreciated.

The dynamic should change with Powerball resetting to 20m. Mega millions is the higher jackpot at 70m. Mega millions sales should pick up and we see rollovers over the minimum.
