Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
The 100X is a game I would strongly advise against chasing because of the bad odds on middle tier prizes. The old $25 100X had respectable odds at $150, $200, $400 and $500 prizes so you might get lucky and hit a decent smaller prize. But this 100X has mediocre odds at $200 and abysmal odds at $500 and no $150 or $400 prize tiers. It is truly a one or two and done game.

So the odds on those new $2 games look like they suck. On the other hand, the new $5 ticket .. Full of $500s .. has 1 in 600 odds for $500. That's better odds at $500 than every $20 game (except Gold Rush and LFL). When you factor in that you get 4 of those tickets for the price of any 1 $20 ticket, or 5 for the price of any $25 ticket, the odds at $500 on it are better.

T-minus and counting. 112 days until...
Very high odds in your Mm and Pb and almost impossible to win...that is were quick picks come in ....most of these high jackpots where won with quickpicks.I agree with you there the odds were high and impossible and adding more megaballs to it just made it almost unplayable. You basically sit with 2 powerballs now as their odds are the same.Only the MegaSena have higher odds so your 2 lotteries are up there being the hardest to win.Sure its gonna influence their sales too

Is it ereally much easier to win Cash, Fantasy, Pick 5 versus Mega or Power?
Winning PB or MM jackpot doesn't compare with winning a jackpot of a game with better odds however winning a dollar playing MM is easier than winning a dollar playing some state games for example the odds of matching 3of6 for $2 in Ohio's Classic Lotto are 1:57 while the odds of matching 1/75 + 1/15 for $2 in MM are 1:56 not to mention the odds of just matching the bonus number for $1 are 1:21.

I need help with odds calculations
Its understood that you are trying to reduce the odds. You do see, however, that just ignoring a bunch of numbers, or evens/odds, something like that, doesn't actually reduce the odds at all, right? Your odds are still exactly the same as if you included all the numbers in your picks. So it is really just a fictitious mind game to feel better about your chances.

I need help with odds calculations
Can any of you math wizzards help me find out what my odds would be if I eliminated 5 out of 26 Powerballs or 10 out of 69 field numbers? Is there a general formula so I can plug in the numbers on different size games to see how my odds will increase/decrease? Oh, I am using plain ol' Excel so nothing difficult if possible.

How can I work out these statstitics...
Calculate the average odds of winning the jackpot among those 10 lotteries, then compare those average odds with the odds of that specific lottery that you intend to spend 100 on (assuming you don't care about the jackpot prize value but only intend to win). If not all tickets cost the same, things get complicated. You can also just post the jackpot odds of those 10 lotteries and I or whoever reads this will do it for you.

Do you feel you've had more wins using your system than QP?
What I have noticed about my QP tickets in the short time that I have been playing the lottery is that a lot of them have consecutive numbers or throw in at least one of the 60's. We all know that consecutive numbers and the numbers in the 60's rarely get called. It's almost like QP tickets are designed to play against the odds even if the odds for all tickets are the same. The odds of consecutive numbers being called is even less likely than the odds of pegging sporadic numbers, in my opinion.

POWERBALL CREATES WORLD'S FIRST BILLION-DOLLAR JACKPOT
I think they need to tweak the matrix with Powerball just a wee bit, remove a couple of red balls to bring the odds down to about ~275 million or so. Current odds are 292 million which is too hard. Odds with MM are 259 million which is way too easy as evidenced by the recent winner from New York. I think we are finding 1:275 million to be the sweet spot as far as odds go.

Winning M/M at 15million
Good question Taurus$. It's all about the odds. Playing Power Ball gives you 67% better odds of winning. Maybe that's where your answer lies. Playing better odds = better chance of winning. Boss the lottery with better odds! :)
