Have you ever been put back in line when redeeming lottery tickets?
Forgot to say that the major grocery store let me get the cash in any denomination I want - within reason of course. But usually I just ask in fives because I usually only buy 5 dollar tickets and their lottery vending machine doesn't give change.

How do you pick your scratcher?
Hello~ i am new to this forum! but anyways the way i choose my scratchers are from talking to the cashier/clerk/workers. i always ask about the best tickets and they tell me latest wins or best sells. Lately they have been telling me that the vending machine scratchers have big wins. They make there profit if you buy from behind the cash reg. or from vending so g00d luck to all scratchers!

Black Pearls
No from the Same Store. They have it in a vending machine. It lookd like no too many people are after this. I am thinking about taking my $45 dollar profit early in the morning and purchasing 9 More to see if any signifiacnt comes out of it.

Is buying 2 scratchers in a row better?
I saw something akin to that except in reverse. A lady bought one ticket from the vending machine - won $50, bought another - won $40, bought another - won $100. She then went to the clerk, cashed them in and left. Some people know when to quit. I think I would have kept buying til I hit a loser in case it was my lucky day but who knows, maybe she's got the touch. It sure beat playing til you lost everything.

Where do you buy your tickets?--Poll
I try to buy my lotto tickets anywhere I see the CA Lottery Logo sign to even my odds of winning...However, my favorite store to buy my tickets are in this immediate order: 1) 7-11; 2) Gas Station, i.e. Arco, Valero, Exxon, Chervon; 3) a few Mom Pop stores; 4) one of my favorite liquor stores near where I live and work; 5) grocery chain store, such as Albertson's, Von's, Stater Bros and very last; 5) a lotto vending machine... GOOD LUCK IN WINNING

N.C. lottery expands vending machine use
North Carolina Education Lottery Commission officials are hoping a new deal that will allow players to purchase Powerball and other game tickets from vending machines will help extend the lottery's reach into more retail chain stores, like Walmart. The deal was made on Tuesday with GTECH Corp., which runs ticket printing and logistics for the state lottery. GTECH will provide the extra machines at no charge, in exchange for the state extending their contract with the company for four more yea

Tips for winning
Will look at this to you guys no its a saying that if you buy tickets out the vending machine for lottery you have a better chance at winning. So that will entitle you to better tickets that the counter clerk is not keeping count of. LOL try it and see what happens.

Instant vending machines
i do like instant vending machines though. it cuts dowjn on the error that happens when some idiot tries to sell you a game you don't want to play, and you can put them almost everywhere and the possibility of someone trying to steal tickets (even though it happened at the machine at my old work) is very small.
