CA Lottery provides the information on their website after the draws are completed. As far as the process, all I know is it's computer selected. Just recently, the same person won the Fantasy 5 2nd chance draw three times in five weeks, so people are up in arms, saying it's rigged, etc. Apparently, the CA Lottery is investigating.

Yeah, but there are some in here that are more... conspiracy-minded . I personally don't have a problem with it. I believe there's only six states that allow for anonymous claiming, so maybe it's the states that DON'T allow anonymous claiming that have a problem with it. Should lottery winners remain anonymous? I've never seen a lottery that had a number frequency matching its odds of appearance exactly. Randomness keeps this from happening. As such anything is game for the short run.....streaks, skips, whatever. There's only been 26 draws of Power Play and you already believe it's rigged/bogus/biased....despite me providing statistical evidence to the contrary. Chi-squared analysis. I do not doubt your opinion, the type of scratchers that I see other states offer is more intriguing than what we have, more multipliers/symbols instant winners, and even a true jackpot like payout (100,000 a year for life).
