Neweraknight if you buy your tickets from Sheetz you can't buy them over the counter any longer. I was just in there and they said because of this virus none of the Sheetz will be selling any tickets such as p3, p4, cash 5, powerball etc. over the counter but you can buy them out of the machine if you want to but it's been my experience you can't buy 50 cent tickets from the machine it has to be a dollar each. Just to make sure I called another Sheetz and they said that it was true..
