Draw history, does it matter?
http://www.lotto-logix.com/txthouse/beyondpicks.html Interesting article. Although I disagree slightly that past draw histories are not relevant to future draws. At least not from my own data, and experience. Although it certainly could be all luck, but if that were the case I would think I would have won A LOT more than I have won. But what else can players really go by? There are undeniable consistencies that have been proven to occur, but it is tough to prove that a system can accurately pred

Pa. Man Charged With Redeeming Forged Winning Lottery Ticket
This news article is brimming with speculation without so much as evidence as to: Was it a powerball ticket? An instant ticket? In what way was it forged? Leaving out this tidbit of information merely guards the Lottery commission for when this case is presented to the courts. As the story says- hes from Cumberland County - which means he's probably showing signs from TMI radiation . I recall poor judgement was a side effect from this event , or at least that will be what his laywer could use in

Gift Taxes
Its easy to give away money. Rolling a heavy ball up hill isn't always the best way to reach the top.Hire someone to make you 55% profit. Pay them huge hiring bonus. Pay their expenses. Provide housing, transportation, etc. Pay huge wages. Fire them for failing to meet their contract. Pay huge termination bonus. They keep house, money, and all other assets they earned. Read the article. the head of Disney did that - and it held up in court. Remember, you're rich. Get used to being specia

Arizona Lottery tracks down real winner after ticket stolen
Chewie your comments are nothing more than bigotry. Nowhere in the article does it appear this man was milking the system. I happen to be a lawyer, and I take exception to your implication that all lawyers are without merit in their work for clients. Believe it or not, lawyers have to eat and pay bills too. Just as teachers, laborers, and any other profession. Stereotyping lawyers, and the remark about the taco is shameful. Please tell me what you do for a living. I'm sure I can find some nast

Powerball lottery winners talk about hitting the jackpot
And what about the janitor in Massachusetts who continued to work? Having worked hard all her life, I was happy for her, but couldn't believe the idea of being wealthy wouldn't sink into her brain. She said she had no idea what it was like to have money. I hope she gave it to her grandchildren! You might have read this article, but I like this paragraph..Ralph and Mary Stebbins won $208 million when they bought a Mega Millions game in Port Huron, Mich., this spring. The first thing they did was

Pick-3 Prime-Line Strategy
I have bought some Steve Player systems quite a few years ago...late 80's and early 90's. I got some good ideas from some of them, but others didn't turn out successful. I've been getting interested in the Prime Line 3 system since many have said that it is one of the best. However, in many ways it seems to be a lot like the 3 digit Cash Graph system which I bought many years ago. Do any of you who have the Prime Line 3 also have the Cash Graph system so that you could tell me that there is sig

Winning lottery ticket purchased with stolen credit card
all of you need to get YOUR heads out of the clouds. I nor anyone else said that the article mentioned police misconduct. Now you people are putting words in my mouth (a habit of the police). I simply made a statement that the police do not have the final say. They DO NOT make the laws. They are SUPPOSSED to enforce them. I also was curios as to why they were looking for the first installment. What for? I realize most people have lots to hide so they keep their mouths shut and do not e

$340 million lottery ticket bought in Oregon gold rush town
Ah, but you still don't know which set of balls will be used the night of the drawing, unless you somehow had insider info. Even the officials don't know until an hour before the drawing. Even then, in the time before the drawing they weigh and then test draw that ball set ahead of time for randomness, to prove there's no discernable pattern. If there is, they change ball sets for the drawing and investigate the discarded set. This all came about because years ago someone in the Pennsylvania Lo

computer drawings in Texas
thanks, bobby623, for the info. the url has org instead of gov ...www.txlottery.orgI haven't read the article yet, but don't be too comfortable in assuming they've discarded the computer drawing idea. They've spent money foolishly in the past and this could be another one of those situations.I believe they have 3 machines for Pick 3, of which they rotate monthly (A,B,C). Don't know how long they've used the ones they have....maybe it's just time to buy new ones. Good luck and thanks again

How much could you give away?
Thanks for the article, that was a long read, and quite an interesting read as well. I just wish there wasn't so much tax crap to worry about, as it is 'taxing' in itself. I don't know why they just don't leave you and your winnings alone, especially after beating such high odds. No one seems to care about all the money you spend and lose on the lottery however. But should you win, everyone jumps on the bandwagon for a piece of the pie. I would definitely start a few businesses that relay to my
