Can Lottery Ball Machines Cheat - Be RIGGED ?
Yes, the drawings can be rigged. Check out this link. It sounds like they are trying to control things to me. Chip is with the Kentucky lottery.

In this second link I raised that question. I never got a response.

Can Lottery Ball Machines Cheat - Be RIGGED ?
NO. I believe them when they say that they audit the balls and weigh them and the draw room is under high surveilance blah blah blah
What concerns me is the number of pre draws. Are they consistent in every draw? If not, what is it that they are looking for?

Billionaires Made in Powerball & MegaMillions
Let's BOYCOTT MM and PB. I quit buying from now on. Thye're ugly tickets anyway, without any collector value (no topicals). I am still buying state instant scratch-off tickets sometimes, especially if I spot an attractive design, which lately are very very hard to find.... but I suspect those are rigged as well. I did win $50 once on a $10 ticket, but the odds seems whacked as I bought 11 x $5 tickets at different times and locations and none of them win, oh yes, I got $5 back on one of them. Th

Just don't get it
This right here is a perfect example of why lottery winners should have the option to remain anonymous. Even when the game is transparent, and the winner's name published and verified, people still want to claim it's rigged. If a verified name and legitimate identity isn't enough then nothing is. Let the winners avoid death plots and kidnapping threats. If you all are determined to believe it's a scam anyway then you can still believe that and nobody's life is put in unnecessary danger. Win win.

Post your scratch ticket results
How has skeptic not hit a million or hell even $100K yet ? Its obvious the tickets win more in his area and there are lots of jackpots in the vicinity. Is it fate ? If this woman pops 2 jackpots from the same store I would love to see her $500 and $1K wins summary. Whatever she expected to win from the same Publix out of the same machine from the same ticket she won. Has to be rigged. Was she ordering several books a day from the lottery and they thought why not lets shock her and send her the $5

The MM 1million dollar winners
The only MM theory I have is that more people buy tickets when it looks like the drawing is going to a must win .
when somethings not correct.
Do you think MM's live ball drawings are rigged?

Winning Jackpot numbers showing up again and again...
I drove all the way up to Ohio and played that Classic Lotto the last time it had rolled for a long time and got really big.
Didn't win a thing.
So obviously...it's rigged.

$297 MILLION: Mega Millions jackpot raised again before tonight's drawing
As mentioned in the first post of this dredge, rcbbuckeye's post in the other thread just brought this back to mind. I post the you heard it here first often as a sarcastic joke. The archives on this forum are full of nonsense rumors about lottery matters.
If I have been disrespectful, feel free to point out specifics. Most, no I would say 99.999999999999% of lottery industry people don't have time or desire to post on forums like this. They get bombarded by the crazies who think a game is ri

what can be done about it
This is so dead on, So what can be done about it has already been done. And it was done by the people running the lottery when they say: Don't play anymore than you can afford to lose I can say for myself that I continue to play on paper and the few times I've tossed out a 5, 10, or 20 dollar bill to buy tickets and didn't win, I've understood that I was a loser but I enjoyed game anyway. Which brings me to a realization you should consider, the vast majority of people playing the lottery are e

Something seems fishy to me!
After this latest megamillions drawing and seeing how a couple states had multiple second prize winners of $1,000,000 (Georgia being one of them on top of the jackpot ticket????) and my state Pennsylvania had zero 2nd place winners again I think something somewhere is rigged. I used to play a couple of my numbers and a couple qp's. Now I'm just going to play my numbers period.
And how is it the 2nd prize winners (20 this latest drawing and 12 I believe in the last) none of them had a mul
