I'm not at fault. I shouldn't have to use a bet slip on quick pick. I could say what I should have done all day. I should have made it more clear and had her clarify it with me as she was pressing buttons on the machine. I should have brought in an example of a ticket. If I asked for something in plain english then I should get that from the retailer. If I was in a foreign country I could understand there maybe being confusion. If you order a chocolate milkshake you shouldn't get a vanilla

A couple of weeks ago I bought my tickets over the counter and the money came up $2.50 more than it should have been but the line was very long so I paid it but when I got to my next stop I was still wondering about it so matched my tickets up with my play slips. ...always get them back and the machine had added sum it up to 5 of them so I stopped back by to get my $2.50 back and they said they did not give refunds so I called the lottery office and they told me that's why they have 15 min. f

I just wanted to let you all know the answer I just got from the NC lottery office about the machine printing sum it up on 4 of my tickets Saturday which I did not mark it on them I paid the amt. I was charged which was $2.50 too much at Sheetz to keep from holding up the line. Well the man at the lottery office said (I just called there) that they give you 15 minutes to cancel a p3 ticket if the machine makes a mistake and sometimes they do....I did not realize they made this kind of mistake

Stiffs and strokers..... Stiffs are players who never toke (tip). Strokers are players who intentionally make themselves a pain in the arse by seeing how much they can get a dealer to do for the littlest amount of money. example, instead of throwing in $4 at once on a dice game they'll throw them in one at at a time to bet all the hardways. Gambling is gambling. You can't win if you don't play, but you also can't lose if you don't play. I had a bit of a run of it myself, scratching more than I'm proud of at times... (never anywhere close to 21K though). I'd say from spring of 2014 to fall of 2015 I was up about 6K and then by fall of 2016 I had given back approx 3 to 3.5K. Keno - Pennsylvania Style
I live in Pennsylvania and have yet to visit an establishment that has Keno terminals. Maybe in a day or 2. However, today I did see a new machine at a Royal Farms while filling up with gas this morning. Took a brief look and shook my head. The new machine does have Keno, that is you can fill out your bet slip, insert it in the machine and it will spit out your tickets. Now my questions are the following: 1 Why would anyone fill out a bet slip not knowing what numbers are hot/cold etc?
