Annoyed while waiting in the lottery line - Venting
lol yeah, sounds a bit familiar way to often. You stand there, slow bad service. The guy behind the counter does not want to be working there, and it's quite obvious, so he takes his sweet old time and makes you wait while he walks over to the counter. Then when you get there, there's multiple people in back of you. I was waiting in line at a Quick check last week and it was close to cut off time for the mega millions. I only had about a few minutes left to play before the drawing. To make a lon

Post your scratch ticket results
Cut back of late, but still played here and there. Needed to deposit money in the bank and left $200 for a machine challenge. Small place outside of town that just got tickets not long ago. I figured they don't sell much, so why not try it there. I also had $17 in my pocket, so I played $217 $1 tickets 0-$5 spent $2 tickets $12 on $8 $3 tickets 0 -$9 $5 tickets $35 on $25 (VDay hit $25 and Xmas hit $10) $10 tickets $80 on $30.. $30 on Aces High and $50 Igloo on Xmas $20 tickets

PA Raffle Countdown to 500,000 ...
I have been wondering for several years if the PA Lottery really does sell out all the raffle tickets ... it's a nice claim that the tickets always sell out and maybe they always do completely sell out. Something happened exactly one year ago with the raffle and I will go into detail shortly ... I have a theory that maybe as the raffle is getting close to the drawing date and many tickets are still left to be sold ... the lottery continues to sell tickets but also runs tickets or the raffl

Input Playing the Various 6-49 Games
Thanks for posting about your MA game ... that's a decent prize for 5 out of 6 numbers. The 6/49 game in PA also starts at $500,000 and usually jumps $50,000 for awhile and then $100,000 when it really starts growing faster. I didn't go to the MA Lottery site ... I'm guessing a ticket cost $1. When you say wheel the numbers for a 6/49 game, that's an interesting strategy. In PA I take the most hit numbers over the last 50 draws and work several tickets and and run the same numbers through twi

Missouri Pick 4 Quick Picks
Quick pick: 0589, 8495, 8882 I tried to play 8's across the board, the machine rejected my ticket, said, liability limit met . I tried to play 8888 888x x888 88xx xx88 Was a no Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today. So, the House is still winning, if the liability limit is met, doesn't that mean, they have collected the liability amount $2 million, and molottery will let it drop if they want to? Or, do they collect, 3-4 times the limit amount, before it is released?

Oregon man keeps childhood promise, splits $1M Powerball with brother
Best Brother Ever? A Bend, Oregon, man who won $1 million with a Powerball ticket last month decided to share the wealth in a gesture of brotherly love. Eric Hale, 45, split the spoils 50-50 with his younger brother, Quinn Hale, of Yakima, Washington, on Thursday in Salem. Eric and Quinn each took home about $335,000 after taxes, according to the Oregon Lottery. Eric had picked the five numbers 7, 14, 21, 24 and 41 correctly but missed the Powerball itself, according to the Oregon Lotte

College Student Who Just Got into Scratchers – Advice?
Only play the money you can comfortably afford to lose. If you lost the money you were going to play, it shouldn't put any financial pressure or stress on you at all. I don't know your finances or your financial situation but your probably better off not playing at all. I'm paying back my student loans now, and if I had done just a few things different while earning my degree I wouldn't be in nearly so much debt. If you really want to my suggestions are to buy at l

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Cool! I didn't get my cash this week to play like I wanted but I did spend $20 on the Falcon's Player Payday. I bought them all from the machine. 014-017 014- loser 015- loser 016- ticket 017- loser I can almost bet, if I were to purchase five more, it probably would be $20 bucks worth of winners. Oh well, at least I got it out of my system. I might not try again until tomorrow or next week. One thing I noticed is that use the same winning numbers on all the tickets. T

Jury rules that estranged brothers must split $1M lottery prize
Over a year of legal bickering ended Wednesday afternoon, but it appeared neither brother feuding over a jackpot lottery ticket was ready to move on and sing Kumbaya together. After a two-day trial in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, court, a jury decided two Mechanicsburg-area brothers, Charles Thomas Meehan and Ira Sharp, would split a $1 million lottery ticket straight down the middle. Sharp sued Meehan, his half-brother, for half of the prize he said they won together at Johnny Joe's b
