Lottery Trust Fund
There are many reasons one might want a trust fund. The first being persons or person might want to be anonymous.Other reasons might be if you have family members you want to set up a trust fund for. Or friends or charities or whatever one might need a trust for. Another reason a trust might be good for is to reduce you overall tax burden by disbursing the funds to different accounts in the trust before you sign off on the first check for the people in the trust. Depends on what kind of physica

.......if you won 500 million
First, give my tithe back to the Lord right off the top. Then, invest the winnings in low risk, income generating, capital preserving mix of bonds (mostly munis to help decrease my tax liability). Then use the income generated to open and run a dental practice that is free to the poor, build a ranch and home for my family, put my brother through law school, payoff my truck, start a foundation to donate money anonymously to charities and use as much of the money as possible to spread of the Gosp

170 million for Friday
Certainly this run has the potential to break 300, but after 200 (or even after 100), it seems that people who normally do not play will play at least a $1 just for the chance. But, maybe the long odds will help offset the increase in players so that the JP keeps rolling. I would like to see it break 300 and someone win a single JP (especially if that someone is me), but I do not know if I would want the publicity of breaking the record, especially since you cannot be in an anonymous trust in C

N.D. couple cashes state's first lottery jackpot ticket
A Walsh County couple cashed North Dakota's first lottery jackpot ticket, a $420,094 prize in the Wild Card 2 game, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said. The couple was not identified, since North Dakota law allows lottery winners to remain anonymous. They bought the winning ticket last week at a gas station in Michigan, in neighboring Nelson County, in northeastern North Dakota. Michigan is about 35 miles east of Devils Lake.Stenehjem said he presented the couple with their winner's check Tuesda

Would u post a copy of the winning ticket
I will use a trust myself to claim my jackpot when I win. However, not all states will allow you to claim it in trust. Please keep in mind a few factors. Powerball and Megamillions are played in different states. Not all states will respect and allow you to remain anonymous. If a person can claim it in a trust I suggest that they go that route. There are too many people who would literally make your life miserable if they could by imposing themselves on you and your family for money. Also,

Will a Lottery Post member ever win?
Four4me, if people have won and they won't disclose it then how do you know it? Hehe. Not being cynical but I'm lost in that logic. I'm always curious to know if anyone has won the jackpot in here. Of course I would hope they could remain anonymous some how for their own benefit. It would be neat to know those that have won walk among us and perhaps share their strategies or thoughts on winning. It breeds hope for the rest of us common folk. Hehe.

working after a major jackpot win
Exactly. That's another reason why I'd work a little while longer, to keep myself grounded. Once I got everything squared away, I'd work a few more months after collecting the money. I want time to get over the initial shock of winning so I won't go nuts with the money. In addition, I'd work after collecting the money so as not to draw suspicion to myself. I'd try to find an anonymous way to collect the money so nobody will know it's me. If I quit right after the money is collected, that mi

Do you believe you'll win a jackpot?
While I am not blessed with as clear a vision of winning as visiondude, I do feel that I should buy one ticket to provide the avenue for God's blessing should it be within His will for me. I actually do not want many people to know that I have won. By remaining as anonymous as possible, I am enabled to secretly use God's money to work for His Kingdom for His glory. I am more interested in building up treasures in Heaven than here on Earth where moth and rust destroy and thieves break in and st

Tennessee Lottery - ALERT
Annonom,If you did post a previous thread like this one, I would not have (and did not) delete it. Maybe you either lost track of where it was, or posted it on some other site. (I am not aware of any other sites but I'm leaving open the possibility that they exist.)Anyway, I agree with Jack that you should alert the FBI, perhaps with an anonymous package containing the evidence. (Deep Throat Jr.? No, I guess you'd have to be in the FBI to be a Deep Throat.) Obviously, keep the original (an

Would you like a lottery players card?
Whew. Here I am crosswise again. I suppose I'm just a sort of paranoid mentality. I don't like anyone keeping track of how much I play, how much I win (or lose). Casino operations have cards of that sort, use all manner of prizes, drawings and whatnot to get you to use them. I don't.I'm willing to go to the trouble of checking whether I've won on a lottery draw, without having some anonymous entity out there checking for me, keeping track of things.Terry Pratchett created some beings in some
