Balance vs Random
We are Balance (most of us). We think that if we are given a Random Set that we can Compare it to past Random Sets and figure out what the next Random Set will be. All of our calculations and grouping are attempts to bring Order to the Chaos. The End result is that we are left with a Guess of another Random Set based on our Perceived Order.
I recently watched this Video on Youtube titled The Mathematics of Randomness

Florida's PICK 5 & Fantasy 5
Thanks Red, We all need to be better detectives. Those past numbers are entangled ricochets. (lucky shot padna.)
The last event to now present numbers of M/E or E/M usually match by 2 or e 40% on average,
and all connect on my entanglement chart. (SD) and the Tree too most days.
That is where you want to work and pick from.
Then referring to Pairs list, it shows recent history, probability, and sometimes confirms the winner by 80%.
The instrument panel helps you fly in the d

Random sampling.
In a fair game the drawings will mimic the matrix provided it remains static, ie, 5-39. The stats can be calculated
for any event be it digits, numbers, odds even etc.... While we can know the expected, it's pinpointing exactly
when it will show next that presents a problem. Math works wonders for the calculable, it's that darn random
part that keeps getting in the way.

Most dreams that I have occur right before I awake in the morning or have you ever gone back to sleep and had a dream?
For those who can immediately wake up after a dream and write down what your dream was about.
I know for a fact that during certain times of my life it seemed as though I knew that a certain event happened before it actually did. Most of these events were very subtle.
A possible trick to say to yourself before you lay down and go to sleep is that I want to dream tonigh

What are the basic patterns of a lottery of numbers?
garyo, the system of any analysis
It's good of you that you have a point of
reference, greater, lesser and equal of the last draw
in positions is a good start
yes you can only get up to 75% to 80% in math, the rest is lucky, you have to play several
repeated draws, repetitions and absences, is another good point, even / odd / low / high sequences
good filter, you have to think of several raffles to play, not just an event.

challenge, to create an algorithm for crossing statistical and standard data
How about some ideas of what stats we are to use!
Are there senior and junior divisions? Or is this just a pro and amateur event?
Do we need to include percentages for each category?
If so, at what percent should the program display, WARNING WILL ROBINSON!! DANGER! DANGER!
Who are the judges?
What are the prizes for the top programs?
And are there any bonus prizes for the most columns in the data stats file?

Rigged Lottery
The blind leading the blind
Those identical QPs were printed by an Arizona Lottery terminal in 2012 and that lottery acknowledge they were real.
Engineers are continuing to perform a battery of tests and analyses to 1) Determine the root cause of the event with the terminal or system; 2) Determine if there have been past events of a similar nature in Arizona; 3) Certify that no current or future risks are posed to the Arizona Lottery players.

Compiling lists of states and claiming rules/anonymous, etc. Please add.
Illinois seems to be #4. And contradictory! These are from their FAQ page:
Will The Illinois Lottery Publicly Release My Name And City Of Residence Absent A Request Under Applicable Law?
This depends on the prize amount. If your prize is $250,000 or more, at the time of claiming the prize you may submit a written request on the Illinois Lottery Claim form to keep your name and city of residence confidential from public disclosure. However, the Illinois Lottery may release your name an
