I still feel something strange is at work in north carolina pick 3....my winning percentage is way higher in texas and new jersey than it is here for some reason...its even waaay higher in florida and in connecticut also.... I also feel that ncel gets to pick and chose from the pre-draws as to what is the lowest payin combination is and it is that one they release to the public. They need to release information...and if it's out there somewhere, I'd like to be directed to exactly where it is...on the pre-draws they conduct. If I'm not mistaken, I've read somewhere before here at LP about that information being available to players in some states. I've tried searching for an answer on the web and can't find any information on results for PA's. It is peculiar they have a delay of roughly 1/2 hour from cut off to draw time.
