I often stand in front of the machine and think about the top prizes....on a $1 ticket, would the top prize of $5,000 be good enough...yes but how many of them are there and how many $1's and free's are in between? Yes, because the east has a higher population density than the rest of the USA means that a possible winner could be chosen from there because of the higher ticket sales as a result of, however, it doesn't guarantee that a winner will come from there.
