The 78 in your user name is a clue! Tell you what, I have been playing the last out 9718 1987 and first out 1897.....from MD. BTW only one never out 8719..... The first 1789 to fall in the US was in Massachusetts on Aug 16, 1976 as 7198! MDs first was Feb 27,1984. 1897. MD dropped 7198 Dec 1, 2016 but that wasn't RNG way back then .
