Yeah, I've seen it used in many examples, sully. Things like: Iin any sales force 20% of the sales people bring in 80% of the sales. In an apartment complex with a pool 20% of the residents use the pool 80% of the time.

I've had great luck with quick picks in the past, so I don't write them off but also notice what you say here. I've had $5 blocks of quick picks where many of the numbers are the same....you get 3 or 4 of the same number combinations split between 2 or 3 lines...a few times I've noticed the SAME number on 3 or 4 of the lines of 5 plays. Odd. They say it's totally random and maybe they are telling the truth but what is their definition of random when it comes to the quick

Unclaimed lottery funds should be returned to the lottery pool it is unclaimed from. Something like pick 3 and 4 unclaimed funds could be returned in bonus payouts until used up. Scratchers go back to maybe reduced ticket cost. pick 5 and up prizes go back into that pool. Return it back to the lottery players.

If you go back to the original story you will notice that it was not Christina Shaw that they quoted. It was someone else that was buying tickets for a different pool that said she made copies and distrubed them. In this case that did not happen we have a person who purchased a ticket at the same time at the same place. How do you deteremine that it is her ticket and not the groups? In Az we have a company PowerPick, that just does lottery pools. Only for Az state residents. They buy the tickets and keep the members updated. When PB gets really high, the girls I work with all pitch in 20 bucks each . There are about 5 of us. I go out and by the tickets and make xeroxed copies of them. Not to toot my own horn, but here's why it's a good idea to keep your eye on the thirty's in the last position. If there's been a long uninterrupted run of numbers in the 30's in the 5th position like there was recently, (there were 24 consecutive drawings where a number in the thirty's appeared in the 5th position) then it's very likely that the run will break in the near future.
