CHIEF,since jean claude van dam is a drunk, jackie chan has arthiritis and is old, chuck norris is relegated to infomercials and AHNULD swarzeneggar is tied up at the moment while running for govenor of california, my pick would be THE ROCK. actually i would throw everybody off by hiring mini-me (verne troyer). they would be laughing so hard that i could make a quick get away.actually #2, after claiming anonymously, i am hoping that my multiple trusts will allow me the ability to remain

Today's Experiment...
My two cents...Pick 3 and 4 has the best payout-per-odds ratio of all state lottery games. Your winnings are 50% of your odds in most cases. The Big Game gives you $175 K to get 5 correct minus the extra ball. The odds for that are 2.18 million to one. Payout-per-odds ratio is 8%.The bigger the game, the worse the payout-to-odds ratio. And when you consider that angle with the scratch-off games, the States should be arrested for highway robbery. If you want to make money, and if you're good, s

Forming a Trust... any links to info?
It has been done before... seems like the best way to remain anonymous...District of ColumbiaThe winner of the December 11, 1999 Powerball drawing has formed a trust to claim the prize. Although the lottery has checked out the winner as required by law and rules, the $24,463,084.04 lump sum prize is being claimed by a trustee. The Lottery confirmed that the winner is from Maryland, is at least 18 years old, and is not a DC lottery employee. Trustee H. Dean Bouland says his client has not quit hi

Important Topic: Claim Prize in Trust??
Ever since the Powerball opened in 1992, other than anonymous prize claims allowed by Delaware and a couple other states, there has only been one instance in which the prize has been claimed in trust. If you ever won it, would you consider this option? I read a lot of horror stories of people winning the jackpot and becoming miserable due to financial loss and social and psychological isolation from friends. I felt that this is an important topic, because whether you claim the prize in trust

V-DUDE : mr. quick-pick
I, too, find it rather odd that records of Big Game/Mega Millions winners aren't readily available. Although I seldom play Powerball, I do enjoy reading the Winners' Stories on the powerball.com website. The information includes the winner's name, where the ticket was purchased, quick pick or personal numbers, and annuity or cash option. Some winners chose to be anonymous, and one unknown winner even had their cash option put into a trust and a trustee picked up the winnings. Anyway, I find

Keeping it quiet
if you end up winning the 500 + mega-millions (rock, where are you?) you could always go on larry king live dressed as a clown to remain anonymous (lol). people that you are closed to are going to know eventually anyway by your change in lifestyle. if i win i won't be a pig , but i'm not going to be like sam walton (wal-mart king) either. the guy was a billionaire and drove a beat up pick-em-up-truck. guess thats what floated his boat . not me, gonna wup-it-up.......... To the millions and millions of Rock fans!!!!!!!!!
wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhooooooooooooooo , is it close? here's a tip , watch the travel channel. from time to time they have a program on called the world's top ten beaches . if you watch it now, you will have all your ducks in a row . you won't have to waste alot of time trying to figure out what sunny beach you will be hanging out at. it is a wise man who plots and plans - BEFORE it happens. there are alot of beautiful places where you will be able to remain anonymous and enjoy some peace and qu

Almost again
Ahem *Therock* Do us all a favor and get over yourself..I'm not a troll, and I'm not trying to start a debate on this board, but as I'm sure at least some of the other folks here will agree, I'm don't believe you are telling the truth with your boasts of success. If you really do win, good for you, but in the meantime perhaps a bit of humility might help you out. This board is useful for people looking for information and to discuss their methods, I don't see it as a soapbox for you or anyone els
