Claiming Anonymous in California Lottery
The California Lottery site FAQ says:
Can I be anonymous when I win?
Calfornia state law requires that the California State Lottery to release the following information: your name, and the name and location of the retailer where you bought your ticket. You may request no media coverage aside from that.
(That is the exact wording on the site, however ill conceived it was.)
It would appear if you win a multi-state game in California, state law would require disclosure.

Calif. lottery winners try to remain as anonymous as possible
Hi...
There has got to be a way to have SOME OTHER ENTITY'S name be released to the public.
What about having a corporation go in and collect for you?
Corporations can release their name, their address, any EIN they have, and in representing you sign the statement that verifies your documents are Genuine.
It isn't tax avoidance...the state is STILL getting their money. The Fed's are still getting theirs

Pick 3 'triple' pays out record $2.88M to N.C. Lottery players
As for my secret, well, I wish I knew it too lol.
Of course you have to realize I use the term 'win' loosely. I consider it a win if I get my $1 investment back. About 3 or 4 times I managed to get 3 numbers matched for a whopping $6 return but that was the highest.
I do play birthdays of various friends/family which used to hit but hasnt recently. Otherwise its just luck.
And btw, the Pick 5 game in TN is going to be replaced by tennessee cashball or the like (5 numbers and a 6th separ

What do you really think the lottery doesn't have figured out?
1. They don't release the pre-test results. If they do, you have to jump thru hoops to get them.
2. They switch tubes around.
3. They don't reveal the NEW tube positions.
4. They claim the reason for pre-tests are to make sure the machine doesn't break down. The machine will break no matter how many pre-tests you do. It could break down right after a pre-test.
5. They actually encourage a breakdown of the machine by having pre-tests done. There's no such thing as perpetual motion, so

How The Winners, Not Numbers, Are Picked. A Theorem.
I'm going out on a limb here because I didnt get any info directly from the New York State Lottery commision, but some things are obvious.
Whether I buy a QP or use a play slip, the transaction will be recorded in a database stored on a central sever. The local terminal might be the source of the numbers of a QP, but it has to report the transaction to the central office. The same would be true if I used a play slip.
The morning after each drawing, the NY Lottery's website is updated with

The Quantum Sums
Thank you, kindly.
We are very aware of what we are doing.
Also, we have given a warning in our blog about those who would dare to use these postings to their advantage; without due credit.
Let's just say that we are watching them, watching us; in ways they cannot even begin to comprehend.
We know how much, when, and just exactly what to release.
What you see here is just the smallest of the smallish portions of what we ve been working on.

Something to think about: You would not have necessarily won.
I live in Southwest florida, which is located about a 5 hour drive to Tallahassee, where they draw the numbers. The people around me at the store or near where I'm driving to the store won't affect the lottery officials 500 miles away.
Now, If i personally knew who the person who actually hits the release buttons for the ping pong balls, and I interrupted him or her a few minutes before the drawing, that might affect the draw results because he or she may turn the machine on a few minutes lat

Lottery winner gives away millions
Some people are able to enter a quantum or multi-dimensional state of mind and from that state of mind are able to co-create future events. Sages have practiced just that for thousands of years and it was labeled as miracles.
Those who believe only in a 3-dimensional linear reality can't grasp how it's done because doing so requires thinking outside the 3-D box. Some of us do that on a regular basis ... it's going to become the norm for regular everyday people in the very near future.

Will you take your $207 million win in cash?
Anonymous is the only way to go.
What if your state doesn't allow it? Maybe one ought to disguise oneself, at minimum a hat and sunglasses.
But still, it's almost all states' law that they release your full name and hometown right? if your town has only a couple thousand ppl, everyone will know who you are. come'n what are the chances someone shares your full name. Then prepare for kidnappers, dirty mailbox bombs, intruders, etc.
You can hire security guard and someone what w
