I don't play annuity only games myself, but one hears all the time of people who do so. Not everyone who plays the lottery is a responsible person. Some people like annuities and some people need annuities to give them time to adjust to having money. Lotteries are only interested in sales. If their product sells they continue it. If it doesn't, they drop it or change it. If you feel that your concerns outweigh those of everyone else on the planet, I suggest you take a different tack:
