Hoosier Lotto
There is definitely something hinky going on because if you go to the Hoosier Lottery website and check the press release they not only confirm the $40 million cash payout but also state the estimated annuity is $2.3 million a year for 30 years. That is a total annuity payout of $69 million on a $54 million jackpot! How can the total of annuity payments be $15 million more than the total jackpot? First they give us what..?...a 65% to 70% cash value and now the total annuity payments are gre

Hi, friends: I want to know which wheeling system is the best for Keno (10/20/80) in the world? Recently, I ordered Gail Howard's Keno Wheel software (Release 2.05). But I find it's too loosen to use unless you select lots power #s. I do hope the wheeling system can work smartly for fewer than 40 #s (selected from 80 #s) and NO POWER #s. Lottery Gangsters
In FL the location of the retailer is announced the morning after the drawing. Then the winner's name, age and town of residence is mentioned in a press release when the ticket is claimed. A very high percentage of winning tickets are sold in Miami-Dade county. A lot of people work in that area, and many people buy their tickets on the way to work or when they're on their way home. I do agree with the folks who say If you don't like the rules, don't play it. After all, the lottery is

will you play a lottery with computerized drawings?
Think about it . The games are played on computer. The computer instantly knows what numbers were played and how any many tickets were sold. The state is out to make MONEY . Computers can be easily programmed to pick numbers with the lowest amount of winners, so the state makes more money. So, on a Cash 3 game for example, instead of Releasing a winning number with 2900 winners, it would be more advantageous to release one with a far less number say , 320 ... people won , but is it fair , No

New page identifies problems with your web browser
Just so everyone is aware, any security bugs that may exist with the latest versions of Firefox (or IE for that matter) are far less significant than the security bugs that exist in older versions, like version 1.x. If you are holding off on upgrading because of warning about a current exploit, don't! Any bugs that are revealed now will not pose a threat any time soon, because it takes time to build and propogate hacks. There will be a patch released long before any exploits could get int
