I basically took your advice, but offered some additional options. In addition to the extra Lotto numbers, I also offered Easy 5 numbers or to charge 50 cents less. I don't have all the votes in yet, but it looks like we might get extra lotto numbers. Fortunately, nobody was upset about it at all and understood it was an honest mistake on my part. I can honestly say, I Have NEVER had one thought about belonging to or joining a lottery Pool with anyone (including family) at anytime in my life since I have been able to play the lottery! So with that said, I couldn't ever get upset or have second thoughts about any money from their win being shared with me! I don't pool my money with them, I don't get a share; plain and simple!

Quick Picks on either Power Ball or Mega Million
Whenever I get a lottery pool together I usually use a wheel since I believe it's gives me better odds of winning. Now the other day my husband ran and just got quick picks for the Power Ball since him and the guys got a small pool together. Those of you with 64-bit machines may have a better chance of handling larger Pool and Pick sizes. It also may be dependent on the Excel version or Language platform. For the most part, if you keep the values to a Pool Size of (1 - 99) and Pick Size (1 - 10), you should do ok.

RJOH I don't think this thread has developed enough to know for sure how the number selection would work. One way is for you to convince 9 or more other players that your number selection method has merit and could possibly win more if you could play more than the 20 combinations you usually play. You, of course, would promise to collect and share any winnings. You would generate the numbers and send them to members in advance of the drawing by whatever means fits the situation. A

The other day I matched 3+1 with a PowerBall ticket. I took it in, the clerk checked it and said WOW and gave me $100 and my ticket back. No ID requested or needed. The only time I have ever needed ID to collect my lottery winnings was when I won $1500 and had to collect it from a bank after my ticket was verify by a local retailer.
