I can't see the State Supreme court telling the lower courts that they were in error with their decisions. There's a reason we have higher courts to appeal to. Courts aren't reluctant to overturn cases when lower courts have made incorrect rulings on the law, so it depends on the arguments made by Massihzadeh's lawyers. I'll be curious to see if that works in the vending machine. Just a suggestion because I've been there and done that. If you're going to use a play slip worth more than $5, give it to the clerk because from experience some times the vending machine has a reader error. No problem if the clerk can fix the machine, but not in every store.

user34, I am NOT saying the clerk did nothing wrong. You both made errors during the transaction. The clerk, for not verifying what it was you were asking for, you for not knowing how the play slips work, and you for not checking your tickets before leaving the store. If you would have given the clerk a chance to fix the error, there would be no issue here. Yes...the back testing is after the fact. I know I don;t fully understand the filter process. So I will definitely say user error for the most part. I figured if I keep watching the video and playing around with the system, I will pick up something new as it comes together. Again, I have not figured out how to paste my showings for some reason. I know it's simple. But once I do, hopefully that will help clarify what I am speaking to. Thank you for your feedback

What you want is called a chi-squared test. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chi-squared_test I could walk you through how to calculate the error and its statistical significance for a specific set of data, but if you are more mathematically inclined than average you can probably figure it out on your own from the wiki article and other sources. Hi all! I have a Statistical Sampling -type question. I have an event for which I assume P = 1/9, and I've taken N measurements to try and determine if P is in fact 1/9. My question is this: what is the relationship between N and the error band around the measured P? What I'm doing is a long and convoluted story, but in a nutshell, I'm looking at data that shows a particular Pick 3 strategy likes certain Root Sums more than others, and I'm trying to convince myself that this is (or is not) an

I was one off on midday, had the 28 pair group and last night I had 459 not 469, i knew that 49 would hit.. So close again... see where my name comes from. I wish i could get the keys right. well that was the last of my budget. I can only play $20 a week. Being close is hard enough I don't want to have a gambling problem too, LOL. Be back on Friday. I think I may have found an error I'm making. My pairs are right my keys are wrong. The keys are killing me. Have a great week everyone. Back to
