Here's a guy who hit the jackpot 4 times in 2008 then again 3 times in 2015. Note each time he purchased the tickets at different locations. Also note he's a CPA who happens to live just outside Madison. Maybe he knows something we don't.
MADISON, Wis. A woman and her accountant husband who claims he's developed a formula for lottery picks have each claimed $350,000 jackpots twice.
Verlyn and Judith Adamson claimed two $350,000 jackpots on Monday because each held a winning ticket in

I am CONVINCED only way you WIN BIG if they let you win!
Big numbers for sure, but there could still be plausible reasons to rig such drawings in some instances:
Base jackpots (ie. PB and MM $40 million annuity; ~$25 million cash) generally start deep in the red. Takes several roll-overs for MM (no minimum guaranteed jackpot increase), and potentially even more for PB (guaranteed jackpot increases of $10 million annuity; ~6.2 million cash per draw). Early jackpot hits can be costly. The now retired Monopoly Millionaire $5 draw game was a prime exa

I'm not sure what tickets everyone is playing. I've got a ton of tickets to scratch tomorrow for weekly Fam scratch night. Including 10 of the new Cashword. I really like this ticket and have been tracking it.
One of the first 100k prizes on this ticket have already been claimed, I've done some math on this ticket just to try and predict what book #s these 100k and 2 million prizes may end up in.
There are 284,000 books of this ticket, and 20 100k prizes within those tickets, whi

Hey Ed,
Those are interesting observations. Thanks for posting the book number of your big win. Honestly, the more I think about it the more I think book ranges should only be looked at to eliminate buying from rolls where we know jackpots have been found within a certain range. For example, there's still rolls of the World Class Cash game all over the place here in Gainesville in the 50k-90k range and since I remember seeing 4 jackpots pop up fairly quickly around that range I know the

@Oldghost - Only an Instant Liability Report, which I posted a few pages back. I requested retailer location reports for the Jacksonville area, and Gainesville area. There's still a few places with them in Jacksonville.
I agree with you that the two Monopoly $5m jackpots disproves the calculated ranges . Perhaps lottery officials read this forum, and decided to throw a curveball. We've seen multiple jackpots hit on Super 7s in my opinion WAY faster than they should have been hit on a $5 scrat

Powerball reaching record jackpots due to the odds just got harder?
As hard as it is to win it seems logical and more probable now than before.
Of course it is, but that's not what you said earlier. Murgatroyd said billion dollar jackpots are likely to happen 2 or 3 times per decade, and you said that you think they'll be much more frequent than that now .
I highly doubt it will be only 3 in 10 years.
You can doubt it as much as you like, but that doesn't change reality. You've obviously got no clue about the actual probability. If you think I can't

What do you NEED to come up with a Winning Lotto System??
I think it might a good thing to post Predictions - because, it will show IF you can pick winners. And, more importantly, if your methods or system is one that works - or in most cases - does not. My entire motivation is showing my Bro and wife that it IS possible to find a way to get numbers if there are 'goal posts' in place (1-39 or 1-54, etc) and even though a RNG might be tossing out numbers, something is programmed.
In a Reddit thread that is now posted all over the place, some guy who

1- Can this software be saved on the desktop? If so where is the save as button?
Create a folder on your laptop/pc (like c:/MyLotteryTools/NeuralNet/) and copy the tool (exe file) from your download folder to this folder.
Next right click on the tool ( a menu will pop up) and finally create a shortcut of the tool to your desktop.
2- How can we use this software to win the BIG MM and PB jackpots? And more importantly, how long do I have to wait before I win the huge jackpots.
It's an

Lottery Players Are Spending $20 Per Day Playing The Lottery $73,000 In 10 Years.
If the jackpot was won and the winning ticket was a QP, Thrifty's 10 QP chances of winning are compared to that total. Even if 100% of all the 20 million tickets sold in the last drawing were QPs, there was only a 11.4% chance of a jackpot winning ticket. When the jackpots get to the must win level, I'm assuming if the self-pick players buy extra tickets, they will probably buy QPs. Some people play favorite numbers in every drawing regardless of the size of the jackpot and the percentage of tho
