Lottery Witness
The only thing left to this long day is a TV host arrives in the studio and stands in front of the lottery set. There is no machine or balls as they've been put away. A video tape of what happened five minutes ago is rolled in and they announce it as if it was happening LIVE. It's fun to watch. One week the host was on vacation. A back-up host came in. It took them several takes to get the audio and video correct. The host would be announcing the numbers before they came out of the machine. The

PICK 3
There is something seriously wrong with NC Pick 3. I truly believe
it's rigged. They are not allowing anybody to win. They need to be
investigated!

The Stench of DISGUST in PA: a Cash 5 Travesty
I understand what you're saying Benmas,
But... And maybe those of you that have RNG already can help me here. I really dont trust the commission enough to be fair if computer systems are involved in the decision. Maybe im foolling myself altogether, cause even though i read that thread on the manipulated lottery ( is the lottery rigged? ), I didnt believe it. Sticking something into a ball is alot more difficult to pull off than changing code on a program every now and then. I'd be too afraid

Only one major lottery in EU or US is not rigged: El Gordo, in Spain
Thats cute, but how about posting some actual proof that shows the lottery is rigged. Anyone can say something. It is not proof. Furthermore, if you post something that ridiculous on Wikipedia, it will be removed, because you have no factual source for it.
For example. I could post In 2008, online alias Grengrad stated that all American lotteries were not a fraud and put it in Wikipedia, but it would get deleted, because A. a statement by me is not historically important, and B. my statement

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
JadeLottery, what I do see in the graphs and all the data is this;
They do seem to bring up suspision that it the wisconsin lottery could be fixed to a level of accuracy beyond normal suspision.
That being the case, you might wonder how or why you even or ever noticed what you noticed and put together the incredible data in the first place.
And what your true goal is now?
Is it to prove something to yourself? Or to win? Please dont say both it really is one more than the othe

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
If it is at all possible, lotteries may be rigged to provide one of two outcomes - either certain numbers played by those who do the rigging can be selected or the most popular numbers selected can be eliminated from the draw - and keep in mind that around 70% of all tickets purchased in any lottery will be quick picks. With the second possibility in mind data like this can be analyzed to eliminate certain numbers from non-QP selections to maximize the winning possibilities. Interesting thread -

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Ouch! my head hurts now! So much to absord and so little time (as absorbing all that would require me to go to school for a good couple of years and get a math degree of some sort , lol)
Awsome post though!
I've often wondered about Indiana's lottery and how to prove it was rigged. I think the easiest and most compelling result would be to put in FOI request with the state pertaining all the sales data and compare the amounts of each combination sold against the actual draw results (say t

lotterypost could be rigged or tampered with now. How would you cheat?
We all wouldn't even know how the numbers were picked each week is a big assumption. You act as if you were already given all the information and know how it will be, lol.
In closing, you are wrong, and a paranoid schizophrenic.

POLL 1 of 3: Computerized drawings vs. ball drawings
I ll vote in favor of the computerized draws due to the theory (or just my belief) that the random number generator is not completely random and the occasional patterns can be tracked for profit. California s Fantasy 5 used to be mechanical balls in the hopper though they switched to computerized at some point in 88. Here s an interesting test when looking at the data sets for the early mechanical and later computer draw methods. I built a database table that has the frequency of the 39 num

Tennessee Lottery players unanimous in their discontent with drawings
Unfortunately, ball drawings can be rigged as well. Individual balls can be fractionally larger, smaller, lighter and/or heavier than others in the same bin to increase or decrease the possibility of that ball being attracted or blown into the exit chute. But, for most lottery aficionados, it's a better alternative than RNGs.
