Powerball sales in Australia and New Zealand.
Exactly. Our Powerball is easier to win than yours and the jackpots are still life changing. One person just won $30 million this past thursday night. Another person won $60 million a few weeks ago.
The way I see it, any millions is better than none and play whichever game(s) have the lowest odds of winning.

One lottery ticket sold in Texas wins $800 million Mega Millions jackpot
It amazes me we live in a world where the top ten jackpots of all-time is a billion or more. Now I hear their rumors coming in 2025 the Mega Millions will be changing the structure and introducing a new game where a one auto pick ticket will be $5 a draw. I remember when one auto pick was a $1. What in the world is going on here I'm sure Powerball will do the same if Mega Millions show success and no drop in sales. How much greedy can they be. We got to quit supporting this madness y'all. This n

comparison of PB and MM
Because these two games have different prices, in order to compare the two games, let's say I wish to spend $10 (the smallest amount with which I can buy a whole number of tickets for either game). I am only considering PB with no multiplier for $1 extra. Personally, I consider the multiplier option a waste of money. If I want to spend more money on lottery tickets, I'll just buy more of them.
For $10, I can buy 2 MM tickets, or I can buy 5 PB tickets.
Both games have similar probabiliti

Virginia Lottery Director Khalid R. Jones appointed as Mega Millions Lead Director
I read everyone comments and I actually agree with everyone who has different perspective on the price increase. And there's the problem, no one is playing the piece of crap new structure game. I never purchased a $5 ticket since it's new structure and I'll never will as long it stays at this price. I don't care if it reaches 2 Billion, NOPE because PB will probably between $400-$800 million levels if MM reaches those levels and I have a piece mind my $2 going towards jackpots that's more fair t

Take 5 NY
Hi there ! I keep records of winnings as well as of losses, because I don't want to go overboard, want to have self control, like my signature says..
By the way, like I have mentioned a couple of times, I give total thanks credit to Mr. Caspernina Mr. Give5 for sharing their experience/knowledge providing very useful tips to play this game. I go over all their instructions every week I m still learning .(is that true Juliejulez ? Haha..I said that because very often I play combinations in th

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
I bought a bunch of Powerball tickets for the last drawing when the annuity jackpot was $2 billion. I normally don't play that game because the odds of winning are approximately zero. For the same price, I can get far better odds of winning less money but still life changing money. I was willing to try it because it would be fun to spend $600 million in today's money after tax.
For Megamillions, the equivalent annuity jackpot would have to be $5 billion for me to play (even then, maybe not,

The Extreme 500X Fortune scratch-off game is the DC Lottery's first $50 lottery ticket to l

Powerball
Brock is definitely winning the game.
But in regard to other people claiming for years that they have a system and others just cannot understand it, where is the slightest degree of proof? It certainly is not reflected in the PB and MM challenges. Or making sports predictions with multiple ever changing guesses that are always wrong . A random person could flip a coin and guess better.
Oh, I suppose I then need to brag about my 2 plus one pb challenge win and say how others were too dumb

Florida Fantasy-5 Players
Starbolt89,
Welcome to the FF5 thread. Sorry I didn't see your post sooner. I haven't read this forum in a while!
I mostly like to play FF5 due to it's 376,992 to 1 odds to win a jackpot. That's still long odds against you, but they're a whole lot better than Mega Millions or PowerBall's! I sometimes buy tickets for the FF5 midday drawing, but more typically I buy them for the evening draw because the evening jackpot is usually twice the size of the midday jackpot. When I win a Free Tick

Illinois man's $1 million lottery win was inspired by a "sign" from father
Multiple uncanny events occur before experiencing life-changing win
By Kate Northrop
An Illinois man experienced a myriad of signs related to his late father before winning a $1 million prize on a lottery ticket.
A $1 million win in the lottery awaited an Illinois man at the end of a series of spiritual coincidences that all reminded him of his late father.
The Illinois resident named John, who went by the nickname Music Man when collecting his prize, told Illinois Lottery offici
