Education seems to be a major player with lotteries as far as the majority of revenue is allocated to. I'd be curious to see the selection LP members would make had they picked their ideal way of using the revenue given the choice.

HI Jimmy. I like your post a lot and certainly agree about the complex trends tracking software you mentioned. Perhaps the filter order .....of eliminating 750 combo's at a 50% DC could be morphed. Picture this System. You have all 1000 numbers on one page. Ten columns in order. OK...... now picture this. Each time you get a hit it goes to the bottom of the column !
