I must be missing something in this story. It states taht Tipton was officially released on parole as of Friday, July 25th. The last month where the 25th was on a Friday was in March. Also, it's not even July 25th yet.

Your logic is flawed and who knows if Indiana didn't have corruption going on. We talk about big states getting more wins shouldn't that count for big cities within those states? We read stories about Eddie Tipton and think that is a one in a million and that's the only corruption going on; sorry i'm not that naive. Any person with a logical mind would find a needle (Morro Bay 10,500 pop) in a haystack (California 39.6M) believable but TWICE is infinitesimal.

Just for convo and not necessarily my opinion : Perhaps they are rigged but not for any foul play . Maybe it actually keeps someone from rigging their machines if they know what and when a jackpot is suppose to happen. ( This would have prevented Eddie Tipton from manipulating the machine ).Maybe they have to know the numbers before hand in order to code the tickets ? Just a thought so you can say I'm wrong if you want to...lol

Since the triple six fix and the Tipton scandal, most lotteries have increased security and involved more people to witness various steps of the process. If anything, I'd think there's less chance of rigging, at least in your basic draw games. You'd need the cooperation of many more people to mess with the balls or reprogram the prng.

and also prove that LO's MANIPULATE the official results . No it doesn't because it would never win in a court case, there is no proof , because LO's don't manipulate the official results. That probability math is not proof If the game was an RNG, you still wouldn't have proof. You can bring up the Hot Lotto/Eddie Tipton mess, but that wasn't the lottery that cheated, it was Tipton. Why would anyone in their right mind play a game they are convinced is not fair and being manipulated
