I was just curious about the topic of anonymity, and I came across this article http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06049/657569.stm Only three states allow winners to be completely anonymous under ALL circumstances whatsoever (Delaware, North Dakota, and Kansas). Some other states will allow it, but only if you have an attorney claim the prize or until a Freedom of Information Act is requested. If you find any other articles about this topic, let me know.
