datamon414, Good post. We are all where our experiences have put us. I've seen two things work, but neither one was for any lottery games. One is a real boring progressive craps Don't system betting that four shooters don't make four passes each. It's not a pure double up though, which is economic suicide. The Colorado Lottery has an app. It can scan any Colorado lottery ticket, including Powerball. I don't see the point of a Powerball only app. While Powerball is a multi-state game, the tickets are sold by individual state lotteries. There is no chance of me playing an NFL lottery game.
