Random Generation of Quickpicks
I'm sorry about the statement Any game that has a predetermined out come is considered rigged! When referring to the lottery and RNG that is use for the lottery! I apologize. I was think ahead about the slot machines that have a computer chip inside them. The discovery channel had some thing a while back about Vegas and the slot machines! Every time a slot handle is pulled or a button is pushed and the wheels spin, by the time the last wheel is done spinning the out come of the next pull o

Hot Lotto $19+m...& nobody cares
Am I the only LP member (along with chuck32) who still thinks this is a great game? It has a cash option and a 50% payout. I don't think HL can be rigged like the other ball-less games can. HL is the only computerized game I will consider playing (this includes NY's Quick Draw and other games drawn every few minutes). I still would like to see HL expanded to other states, including Connecticut, whose Classic Lotto never offered a jackpot as high as $5 million in 2006.

The lotto is IMPOSSIBLE to win
There are more people living in or commuting to the mentioned NY counties than the other ones in the state, so it would be normal that those counties have more winners because there are more potential players likely to play there. Also.. if the lottery were really rigged might would be easier to win. The hardest lottery to win is one that is purely random. I mention my Pick 5 win not so much to brag about it but to encourage people to develop their own systems and that anyone can win with their

WI - 5 in a row
I've always considered WI P3 to be one of the toughest to hit because it often almost seems like it is rigged. It uses an RNG. Tonight's draw of 499 makes five doubles in a row. Anyone out there that loves statistics and can figure the odds on this, it would be interesting. I know these things do happen, but we've already had four doubles in a row, as I recall, twice this year.

Lucky For Life
Cash, you're beginning to sound like Jimmy now-- switching to computerized drawings? In other words, RIGGED drawings? Cash, have you lost your MIND? The LFL Ticket Cost IS one dollar TOO high BUT it's a wonderful number field. Get over it, it's not being retired (still no word on the website which leads me to think they KNOW it's profitable-- for them AND us.)

Proposal: New Component for Lottery Report Card
Well you could show the computer desktop on a projection screen and someone's fingers pushing a key to cause an RNG to produce a winning number. However, you would not know where the feed was coming from or if it had been rigged to start with. Computer drawings send a negative message to me anyway. Lottery is really not about technology to start with and should be presented in such a way as to entertain the customer. What a boring drawing those are, no excitement at all. You could have more

PA Cash 5 - Matrix Too Small?
If you think a prize under 1 million shouldn't be split among multiple winners, what's your plan for dealing with multiple winners? Let them fight to the death, perhaps? Let them think they've won and then enter them in another lottery to elminate all but one winner? When NY offered King Kong Millions a while back they came up with a plan that guaranteed a single winner. You paid for a ticket and the computer assigned you a unique number, and the drawing selected one of the issued numbers at
