This is just a unfair game all the way around. I bought 2 tickets after Christmas and wasn't eligible for the 90 early bird slots at the beginning of the game but since I got a little money for Christmas I said to myself what the heck if you don't play you can't win. That definitely changes matters. I'd assumed it was simply a printing error, such as too many winning symbols shown. If any players with those non-conforming tickets were truly paid, that indicates a far more serious issue with the master file and/or validation process. Also, raises the possibility of insider(s) seeking to quietly cheat the SC Lottery, but messed up in doing so. Exactly. Hence, most likely the SC Lottery will offer a refund for all non-conforming, invalid tickets. Hopefully, they make the process simple, but it wouldn't surprise me if the affected players have to mail in the tickets and wait a couple of weeks or so for a refund check. Those are some good numbers ESR54, 827 in particular (Vtrack 433). Vtrack 433 has got to show soon, hasn't shown in 5 months (mid eve). Previous maximum interval was 116 days, it's currently at 153 days skipped. 291 is a good play for eve too. I was looking at the vtrack results and I was like whaaaaaat? Then I saw someone posted 762. I hope someone mentioned to Todd about the error. Golgo thanx for your charts, I'll keep an eye out for 79.

Why would they accept a claim for a ticket that's cut in half. The ticket wasn't printed in error and doesn't have any other original defect that should make it invalid. It's just a winning ticket that was damaged, so the only issue should be whether or not it can be validated despite the damage.
