ALL lotteries should use balls and be filmed and the video placed on the lotteries website so players can review the drawings. Any lottery that uses a computer, does not record the draw and doesnt make the draw accessible for review and doesnt allow the public to see the actual draw is, IMO, rigged. (The Indiana Lottery does all the above and is 100% rigged). And they wonder why sales are down 17% from last year.

if you win under $600.00 you don't pay taxes and you don't sign your ticket. taxfree no record which is why i play pick 4 boxed and multiple plays keeps it all taxfree,the only time i play str8 plays is quads,when they come in key positions in my method then i hit it hard and pay taxes on those winnings..

you right...9's being missing is eliminating lots of numbers that could be falling....i've been playing my numbers with nines in them so long it seems like a waste of time these day...murphys law says as soon as you stop....down with all the 9's ncel will come and it will be a record low payout for them....lol

Iknow what you mean astekblue! I had been playing, 451,084 dropped them both the draw they hit !!! If trips are done for the year we will probally see more false trips ! If not we may see trips again ! That would be a record for KY.

The reason the IRS code doesn't tax gambling winnings under $600 is because the millions of lesser amount scratch-offs and other winners. Do you really believe there would be any lottery, casino slot machines, or pari-mutual race betting if every time someone won $2 they had to record the winnings or fill out a tax form to get their winnings?
