all this time while purchasing quick-pick lottery tickets...i was under the distinct impression that each lottery ticket terminal had it's own random number generator and after issuing the tickets simply reported those numbers back to the lottery computers. i understand how the numbers during the subsequent drawing (if done by a computer) could then be manipulated ...but i never in my wildest dreams had any incling that the quick-picks being issued (in any game) might be pre-determined based on

Peter, about kamakaze's technique......... I've noticed a few hits as well with that method. Could it be just coincedental when applied to all the pick 3's? Basically, it's some form of numerology. I don't even think kamakze knows the reasoning behind his method. The reason why i think it could be just coincedental is because when you work out all the mathmatic equations that he goes by, you end up with most of the digits anyways out of the ten. ie: most of the time you see 8 of ten digits, 9

Even if hackers were not capable of such a thing. Surley the lottery employes could print up a forged ticket with an actual ticket printing terminal. The lotto system is a man made system. It is very possible that electronic games are fixed not rigged in that they pay out a percentage of what they take in. say as with keno.
