Are Lotteries Rigged
You can all say anything that you want, but i have taken a good hard look at the numbers and more often than not, they do seem to be anything but random.I don't care how hard, or even impossible something might seem to be, if it has to do with with lotts of money, there is always a way. Proof? What proof ? THE PROOF IS IN THE NUMBERS THEMSELVES NUMBERS DON'T LIE DO THEY?But none, of these is true, it is just my opinion , there are as many points of view as there are people, it does not matter

Are Lotteries Rigged
Bryan, you are right about the extra game and the lottery answered you truthfully on that one....it's the equivalent of a scratch off ticket. It is not random. With regards to the other points mentioned in this thread, in 99.999% of the cases your state's lottery is not rigged in any way. It has only been proven to happen once in the past 20 years (PA, pick 3, many years ago) to the best of my knowledge.I don't know how other states conduct their lotteries, but in IL their are 15 machines for

Powerball revenue surges in Indiana
A record number of Indiana jackpots has sent Powerball revenues skyrocketing, with the state selling nearly twice as many tickets in the past four months as it did during the same period a year ago.Since the fiscal year began in July, Indiana has sold $60.6 million in Powerball tickets, up from $31.4 million a year ago.And Hoosiers aren't waiting for the big jackpots to play. People come in and say, 'There's been three in a row; why not four? Give me a Powerball,' said Phil DeFabis, a clerk at

What’s with this Xtra?
Howdy all,They have added the instant online game xtra to the MO lottery on the P3, P4 and P5 games. and best I can tell, there is absolutely no way there is anything random about the drawing at all. I run a card with the numbers 1417 thru 3 times with the xtra marked on the ticket. Each time it gave me doubles in the exact same positions of the doubles I marked. 3538-9295- 6369. There is no way that is a fluke. I have tried looking it up on the MO website but it is very vague about the way it

Couple, son charged in Detroit illegal lottery
This is how the game you now know as Pick 3 originated. The bet was a nickel. It didn't pay $250 back then but it was called playing policy . It started in the ghettos and fortunes were made.
The Outfit (AHEM!) saw those fortunes being made and got in on the act and even bigger fortunes were made. Then they took it over.
Here's some info from WikiPredia:

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Hello, I'm new here but this grabbed my attention, I would like to add more Data here...no I would like More data.
While you are clearly on a mathematical track to a target using the probability system with what would happen IF. If you are trying to say A lotto is rigged you would be in fact saying some one rigged it, without all the data I would hope that a few things would be considered:
Ball weight: ball 1 can not weigh the same as ball 50, ink over area proves that.

Indiana lottery players still hunting year-old jackpot
Anyone who does not question what is going on here in Indiana fails to view the Hoosier Lottery situationin it's totality. The fact is the Hoosier Lottery has been cheating players out of their money for years. They do so with impunity and with the full protection of the politicians in this state.
Recent cases in point:
1. Hoosier Lottery Executive Esther Q. Schneider was forced to resign due to a veritable plethora of ethics violations. These charges included (among other things) using

Tennessee Lottery players unanimous in their discontent with drawings
Reder Views: Do you have faith in the Tennessee Lottery?
Managers of the Tennessee Lottery must think those playing the lottery are either awfully naive or just plain dumb. Why? It appears to me that winners of future lotteries will no longer be just because of honest luck.
Changing the method from purely chance - that is, from air- blown pingpong balls rolling down chutes (unless they already have been cheating by adding weights to some pingpong balls) to a programmed computer approach
