oh it's perfectly fine. i know someone who tried to get a contract with the PA lottery to do their instant tickets.

Todd,For the sake of good business....GET A CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT with anyone wanting advertisement, promotion, etc from now on...We need to separate personal and business. Pennsylvania Cash3ology Stats
I was trying to obtain from PA Lottery a listing of drawn order of Cash 5 numbers.The gave me all the numbers from Nov 1st through the present.The rest of the numbers were locked away or in archives that would take thousands of dollars to retrieve.The only way I could possible obtain them is to send a leeter to PA Dept. of Revenue Right To Know Law http://www.revenue.state.pa.us/revenue/cwp/view.asp?A=180 Q=203332and request the listing.I'm still waiting for a reply from the state on this.Hub
