Have you ever or even someone you know let a winning ticket get out of your hands and into a dishonest clerks? I honestly can say I never have...and I Always always always check my own tickets first...online, with my phone app....even before my internet was up and running I would call the state lottery line and check my numbers....scratch-offs are harder you just got to know how to read it and be sure before you hand it over to a clerk....Here's a tip...if they say its a losing ticket tell them

You must have lived in a rich school district. I went to school in the 60's and non of that stuff was free. Actually, my son who graduated in 2011 did get a notepad computer his last 2 years in high school. Can't remember how much it cost, but we had to pay a deposit in case of theft or damage. Then he would turn it in at the end of the year.
