Picture is worth a thousand words. Fine outstanding citizens there, perhaps they divided into some of them drugs themselves. So whatever was left from taxing $20K will be spent on being stupid. Sounds like they were under surveillance. Only good I got out of the article is that FL has regional cashing offices, right? Used to think one would have to travel to Tallahassee to claim. Thank You KY Floyd for this very informative article on Charities. There is a lot more to them besides giving them a check. Have you heard of Donor Advised Funds ? I believe it is like a foundation but less restrictions are placed on it. A winner will have the best attorneys to fight the IRS.
