Here is a question for some to ponder. PB has 292,201,338 possible combinations. MM has 302,575,350 possible combinations. Let's say we have a draw in which 1-2-3-4-5 +6 is drawn. This is one of possible sets of numbers that is part of millions of combinations. Would such a draw be condemned as rigged ? If so, WHY? Why are some draws considered normal , and others abnormal ?

How important is it to analyze past Pick 3 results? Every state with a pick 3 drawing say the drawings are random regardless of how they are conducted. I think what makes it hard is the odds. The fact that 300 million tickets are sold and the odds are 1:300M does not mean that every ticket combination was bought. A few weeks ago 8 people matched the first five numbers for the 1M prize and one player won 5M because they had the multiplier on. I've seen that enough to agree but it remains a Good enough reason for conspiracy theorists to claim it's rigged. Overall the front digits totals in Texas 435 is 88.9%. then when we break it into 100 draw segments it fluctuates from 83% to 93%. A break of 25 or 50 draws might change the totals a bit more. Hard to imagine that any pattern making up 80% of the matrix/inventory would flat bottom out in any case. But stranger things....... Maybe time for a full blown program to track an
